It is sorted by province and includes addresses, products available (product codes only), and telephone and fax numbers for each establishment. In order to understand the product codes listed in CFIA Registered Dairy Establishments, you will need the second document entitled CFIA Dairy Products. It contains a list of dairy product codes along with their respective descriptions (i.e., 100-001 Butter, 100-002 Whey Butter, etc).
